# A Neutral Checklist for Reviewing a Complaint
When a gaming-related concern arises, a clear and measured complaint can help you organize what happened and decide what to do next. This checklist is intended as a neutral guide. It does not assess any operator, predict an outcome, or replace current official guidance.

# Define the issue clearly
Start by describing the concern in plain language. Separate what you directly observed from what you believe may have happened. Note the relevant account area, transaction reference, game session, communication, or other context only if it is genuinely connected to the issue. Avoid adding assumptions, emotional language, or unrelated events.
A useful summary can answer four questions:
- What outcome were you expecting?
- What outcome did you observe?
- Which part of the terms, process, or communication appears unclear?
- What resolution would address the concern?
# Check the available information
Review the current terms, notices, account messages, and transaction history that relate to the complaint. Compare the wording carefully and look for conditions, exclusions, or definitions that may change the meaning of a statement. Keep a private record of relevant dates and references, but do not alter the original material.
If verification is relevant, consult the current official requirements before taking any action. Use a verified submission channel and follow its stated instructions. Do not place card images, CVV or CVC values, PINs, one-time passwords, passwords, or recovery codes in files, screenshots, email, chat, or support messages. Normal entry into a verified payment form is separate from sharing sensitive payment or access details in a complaint.
# Prepare a focused request
Keep the message concise and factual. Include the subject, a short chronology, the specific point you want reviewed, and the resolution you are requesting. Ask for clarification where the wording is uncertain rather than presenting an unverified conclusion. Before submitting, remove duplicate material and check that any included information is relevant and safe to share.
# Keep track of next steps
Save a copy of the complaint and note the channel used, the reference assigned to it, and any follow-up instructions. Check the current official guidance for available escalation routes and any applicable conditions. Avoid sending repeated messages that could make the record harder to follow. If the response does not address the stated issue, prepare a brief follow-up that identifies the unanswered point.
