For our school fundraiser, I counted donated items as they arrived at the hall. Boxes of books, toys and home-baked goods kept coming, and a running total helped us plan the tables.

I kept the count with this counting tool.

It was quick to use between greetings, and by the end of the morning we knew exactly how many items we had to display. That made pricing and layout much easier for the whole team.
